Earth Alchemists was a former incarnation of LivingStructure. In 2008, Central PA Magazine published an article about an Earth Alchemists house built in Perry County PA. It was unusual in that it was an "upside-down house," with living quarters on the second floor and sleeping areas below. It was also the highest-priced home sold in Perry County up to that date. The article talks extensively about Earth Alchemists' unique approach to building through an interview with founder Jeff Dardozzi.
